Here at Fleur Connection, we have been providing customers around Singapore with the freshest flowers and eye-catching arrangements. Fleur Connection was founded by Mr Damien Koh, who is an AIFD (American Institute of Floral Designers) certified designer and an International Floristry Educator. Our design team is headed by Ms. Sheila Loh, also an AIFD-certified designer.

Fleur Connection has been in the floral business since 1994. In order to make it easier for our customers to view and make orders, we are now online to bring you the best in floral creations. Every order placed with Fleur Connection is reviewed by an actual floral designer with years of experience.

Fleur Connection has international exposure, having done large and small scale projects for both local and international companies, from Macau to Singapore. Therefore, we would be able to help you with your event irregardless of the scale.

We specialize in weddings and opening ceremonies, launching party works and window displays. We have worked with names like SIA, OCBC, major hotel chains and many more. We are currently working into the retail business to provide quality designs so as to reach out and share our designs with the general public.

Same day flower delivery service
Same day flower delivery is available for orders placed before noon Monday through Saturday, except around holidays. Flower delivery can also be scheduled for next day or later. We also offer same day delivery service for plants and gift baskets.

Charges for Local Delivery
General Orders
Delivery within Singapore is free unless otherwise stated. When placing your order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered. Naturally, same-day deliveries are accepted, but please refer to the following delivery schedule for specifics:

Delivery Charges
For items below S$50, please note that a delivery charge of S$15 will be imposed per destination per delivery date. This will be reflected in the Shopping Cart based on maximum number of destinations, but may be adjusted during Checkout depending on recipient and delivery specifications.

No delivery charges on orders above $50
For all orders above $50 placed in Singapore , there is no delivery charges. We provide professional florist delivery and we believe in doing it for free to brighten someone's day, or to add joy to an event.

Redelivery Policies
If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 25% discount off the original price and is applicable for all perishable gifts like flowers, fruits and cakes.

Restricted Areas
Kindly note that an additional charge of S$20 will be added for the following restricted areas. This additional charge is imposed due to the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas.

2. All Army camps
3. Jurong Island
4. All PSA ports
5. Sentosa Island

Important Information
For redirection of orders, a surcharge of $15 will be applicable. If redirection is not made on the same day, there will be a 25% charge.A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed if the arrangement has been made or if delivery has been attempted.

Holiday Orders
Holidays are busy times at Fleur Connection, so it pays to place your orders early. Prior to certain holidays, we will post specific delivery schedules.

If the delivery is not made within the hours requested, Fleur Connection will send a complimentary bouquet to the recipient you designate.
